What if it really is that simple?

This question will not leave my brain!

It is on my mind all day and keeps me up at night; I’m constantly thinking about how many people that I have worked with who have told me their stories about how stretching has improved their quality of life, lifted their spirits, and given them hope for the future simply because they feel better.

I see it in their faces and feel their energy of deep joy and incredible gratitude.

They have experienced a miracle—and it is simply stretching!

So what if it is really that simple?

As you may know, I experienced a “miracle” of my own 3 years ago when I injured my hip. I tried multiple methods of healing—like doctor visits and massages—but nothing worked! Finally, I began stretching daily and miraculously I discovered healing!

Since that moment three years ago, I knew that I had to learn as much as I could about Assisted Stretching so that I could share my life-changing experience with the world.

If it helped me, it can help everyone!

What if we didn’t have to retreat from life as we age, allowing tight muscle tissue and painful joints to rule our lives? What if we didn’t have to experience restricted mobility and doctors’ visits, surgeries, and medications?

What is the answer to avoiding a life ruled by pain is simply this—stretching?!

Assisted Stretching really works wonders for our body.

If you’ve been to my class or read other blog posts from me, then you know that stretching:

>> Opens up blood flow & circulation

>> Increases hydration to muscle tissue (in turn, helping to heal our bodies)

>> Increases range of motion & flexibility

>> Decreases our risk of injury (and helps keep us out of The Bone & Joint Clinic!)

What if we could drastically improve our lives with a simple, daily stretching routine?

I believe that it’s as simple as that!

Why?

Because I have seen over and over and over again the changed lives of my students and private clients from finally incorporating Assisted Stretching into their daily routine.

I am so grateful that I have been given the gift of stretching and am able to share it with all of you.

It has been my quest for the past three years to learn as much as I can about it through research, workshops, and certifications. Assisted Stretching is truly my passion and my GIFT back to you—I hope you will try out stretching yourself so that you can begin experiencing the benefits yourself!

The miracle of stretching—it’s as simple as that!
